We will not disclose our customer’s proprietary information to third parties without prior authorization of the customer. Proprietary information includes addresses, names, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, and any other information that may directly or indirectly identify the proprietor.
We strictly abide by the laws pertaining to confidentiality of personal information, and we keep all proprietary information controlled to prevent accidental disclosure, misplacement, or theft.

Information received from the customer will be used only as authorized by the customer, and will be accessed, on a need-to-know basis, only by our direct employees and any authorized third-party with which we have concluded a non-disclosure agreement.
Information will be disclosed, however, if the disclosure is required for resolution or prevention of a crime, or prevention of threats to human life, and prior consent of the proprietor of the information is deemed difficult to obtain.
